Kenneth J. Diamond

Ken joined the firm as a Member in 1997. His counseling practice extends to every facet of the employment relationship.

Ken helps guide clients through the full range of employment law issues, including, for example, FMLA and other types of leave, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, workplace disability accommodations, contracts, equal pay, wage & hour, class actions, handbooks, noncompetition, internal investigations, reductions-in-force, and individual terminations.  Ken is thorough, thoughtful, practical, and strategic in helping clients achieve their goals.

After graduating from Stanford Law School, Ken clerked for the Honorable J. Frederick Motz, former Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. Before joining Winterbauer & Diamond he practiced in Washington, D.C. with Covington & Burling and Chadbourne & Parke.
