We assist employers with nearly every facet of the labor-management dynamic, from developing management practices that reduce the discontent that can lead to unionization; to providing clear and accurate information to employees considering unionization; to working effectively with, rather than against, the union. Our more specific experience includes union organizing drives, representation elections, decertification proceedings, contract bargaining, unfair labor practice charges, and unit clarification proceedings. We also assist employers in preparing for and responding to strikes, hand billing, secondary boycotts, and picketing. Throughout, we work hard to establish a constructive dynamic in a relationship that is inherently adversarial.
